RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gymex Labs, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety. Due to the nature of our products and for strict quality control reasons, we enforce the following policy:

1. NO RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY

All sales made through Gymex Labs are final.

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and received by the customer. This policy is strictly implemented to ensure product integrity, prevent misuse, and maintain safety standards.

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Carefully review product details before placing an order

  • Confirm product selection, quantity, and variant

  • Ensure correct shipping information is provided

Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. NO REFUNDS POLICY

Gymex Labs maintains a strict no-refund policy.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • Dissatisfaction after use

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services

  • Failure to read product description

All payments made are final and non-refundable.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order with Gymex Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand and accept our no-return and no-refund policy

  • You have reviewed all product information

  • You are purchasing at your own discretion

4. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT (EXCEPTION)

In the rare case that you receive:

  • A physically damaged product

  • A wrong item different from your confirmed order

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof (starting from sealed package opening).

Without proper video evidence, no claims will be considered.

Gymex Labs reserves the right to review and make the final decision regarding any such claims.

5. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

This policy is strictly enforced without exception to maintain fairness, operational efficiency, and product safety standards.
